Amber Gold Honey Collective began as a small idea rooted in connection  between people, nature, and tradition.

What started as a few local hives in southern Poland has grown into a collective of beekeepers, travelers, and families who

believe in doing things the natural way.

We harvest raw, unfiltered honey directly from wildflower fields, forests, and meadows, supporting sustainable beekeeping

while empowering rural communities.

Every jar helps protect pollinators, support small farms,

and keep the art of traditional honey alive.

One hive. One world. Pure connection.

🍯 Our Honey

About  Amber Gold Honey Collective

What started as a spontaneous drive through the Polish countryside to pick up our first hive became something much bigger, a shared vision to create connection through nature, travel, and community.

The Amber Gold Honey Collective was born from our love of exploration and the belief that honey is more than a product;  it’s a story. Each jar represents a connection: between people, between places, and between the earth and those who care for it.

🐝 Meet the Founders

Amber

A world traveler and serial entrepreneur, Amber brings creativity, coordination, and a touch of calm to everything she does. She’s behind the visuals, logistics, and storytelling that shape the collective.

Once afraid of bees, Amber’s journey into beekeeping became a powerful lesson in growth, proving that what we fear can often lead us home to ourselves.

Adrian Bieniek

Adrian is the honey specialist, the steady hands and knowledge behind each jar. A fellow traveler and lifelong learner, he manages everything from hive health to production, ensuring that every drop is pure and purposeful.

Together, Amber and Adrian have spent years learning the art and science of beekeeping and building a community around it.

💛 The Collective

Amber Gold Honey Collective is built for connection, a place where travelers, volunteers, and locals come together to learn, create, and share.

Every season brings new faces, stories, and hands to help with the hives. It’s more than a workspace; it’s a global family rooted in curiosity, kindness, and the simple joy of creating something beautiful together.
